Corteva Agriscience were pleased to attend Agrecovery’s 15 year celebration event, held in the historic Grand Hall of NZ Parliament Buildings in Wellington. This event was attended by dignitaries Hon. David Parker (Minister for the Environment) and Hon. Eugenie Sage (Green Party List MP), board members, industry partners and leadership from Agrecovery and Agcarm (animal & Plant Health New Zealand), plus representatives of suppliers and retailers of NZ’s leading crop protection, animal health and dairy hygiene brands.

Corteva was one of 21 founding supplier brands of the Agrecovery rural recycling scheme (as Dow AgroSciences), each of whom were recognised with the presentation of a mounted greenstone pendant sculpted by a master carver. We will display this at our new head office due to open in New Plymouth later this year.

The Agrecovery agrichemical container recycling and chemical recovery scheme has grown significantly since inception, now with over 100 participating brands. The scheme is broadening further into farm soft plastics e.g. seed & fertilizer bags & silage wrap, and also urban pest & weed control packaging.
